Intensive courses

A concentrated lesson schedule can be worth discussing if you have time available. The right amount of training depends on your current skills; a short course does not guarantee test readiness or a test date.

Course availability and quote to be confirmed.

Refresher lessons

Returning after a break, changing cars or wanting help with a particular route? Tell us what feels unfamiliar so we can discuss suitable refresher tuition.

Pass Plus & post-test tuition

Interested in further driving experience after passing? Ask about post-test options, including motorway, night-time and unfamiliar-road practice. Pass Plus availability and instructor registration must be confirmed before booking.

What you can work on in lessons

Getting comfortable in the car

Start by understanding the seat position, mirrors and controls. Say when something feels unfamiliar. Being able to ask a small question early is more helpful than spending a whole lesson worried about it.

Everyday driving skills

Use your lessons to develop observations, road positioning, appropriate speed and planning. Junctions and roundabouts bring these skills together; parking practice helps you work on accuracy and awareness at low speed.

Preparing for more independence

As your skills develop, discuss driving with fewer prompts and trying less familiar roads. The aim is to recognise what a situation needs, rather than relying on someone to talk you through every step.

Choosing a lesson schedule

Think about travel, work or college and how much time you can realistically protect for lessons. A schedule you can maintain is more useful than an ambitious plan that keeps being interrupted.

Before booking: confirm session length, pickup location, payment method and cancellation policy. Manual: £45 per lesson or 10 lessons for £430. Automatic: £45 per lesson or 10 lessons for £430. Both payable in advance.

After passing: what comes next?

Refresher or focused tuition

Discuss the situations you would like help with: a regular commute, unfamiliar junctions or returning to driving after a break. Ask whether suitable tuition is available for your needs.

Understanding Pass Plus

Pass Plus covers six areas: town roads, different weather, countryside, night driving, dual carriageways and motorways. A registered instructor is required. Check availability before treating it as part of your booking.
